Delta Reign Card List: All 141 Cards and Chase Card Prices
By Owlex · · 6 min read
Delta Reign has 141 cards: a 103-card main set plus 38 secret rares numbered 104 to 141. The chase card is the gold Mega Hyper Rare Mega Rayquaza ex (141/103), which had a PriceCharting market price of $532.75 on November 2, 2026, four days before the November 6 US release. Every price on this page is a pre-release figure.
Delta Reign is a Mega Evolution-series expansion, listed as ME06 on TCGplayer. It draws mainly on the Japanese set Storm Emeralda, according to TCGplayer's seller blog. Prerelease events started October 24, 2026, which is why some English cards are already selling on eBay.
Most card list pages stop at a gallery. This one adds the full secret rare checklist, early US sold prices with dates, a comparison with the Japanese versions of the same cards, and the math on whether opening packs for the chase cards makes sense.
When does Delta Reign come out?
Delta Reign releases at US retailers on November 6, 2026. The Pokémon Company's press release (August 20, 2026) also lists prerelease tournaments from October 24, 2026 and digital play on Pokémon TCG Live from November 5, 2026. Build & Battle Boxes went on sale for prerelease events at select Play! Pokémon stores on October 24, per ICv2.

What are the Delta Reign chase cards worth?
The most valuable Delta Reign card is the gold Mega Rayquaza ex 141/103, at a $532.75 market price on PriceCharting as of November 2, 2026. PriceCharting builds its prices from completed sales on eBay and other marketplaces. All of these come from a small number of prerelease copies, so treat them as early signals rather than settled values.
| Card | Number | Rarity | Market price (USD, Nov 2, 2026) | Sales recorded |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Mega Rayquaza ex | 141/103 | MHR | $532.75 | 10 (Oct 25 to Nov 1) |
| Mega Rayquaza ex | 138/103 | SIR | $495.00 | 1 |
| Raikou ex | 136/103 | SIR | $116.85 | 14 |
| Mega Golurk ex | 137/103 | SIR | $47.99 | 5 |
| Zinnia's Trust | 140/103 | SIR | $37.50 | 7 |

| Mega Rayquaza ex | 084/103 | Double Rare | $8.82 (TCGplayer) | 2 |
Two points stand out. The Special Illustration Rare Mega Rayquaza ex has only one recorded sale, so its $495 figure rests on a single buyer. And the gold Mega Rayquaza ex sold anywhere from $382.30 to $570.88 in its ten recorded sales, a spread of almost $190 on the same card in one week. Some Illustration Rares, such as Eevee at $40.50, currently sell above several Special Illustration Rares.
Are English Delta Reign cards worth more than Japanese?
Right now, yes: every English chase card is selling above its Japanese Storm Emeralda version. The gap is widest on cards with few English copies in circulation. Japanese prices below are from PriceCharting's Storm Emeralda list and card pages, November 2, 2026.
| Card | English (Delta Reign), USD | Japanese (Storm Emeralda), USD | English premium |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mega Rayquaza ex, gold (EN 141, JP 113) | $532.75 | $420.69 | 27% |
| Mega Rayquaza ex, SIR (EN 138, JP 110) | $495.00 (1 sale) | $189.45 | 161% |
| Raikou ex, SIR (EN 136, JP 108) | $116.85 | $34.94 | 234% |
| Zinnia's Trust, SIR (EN 140, JP 112) | $37.50 | $19.55 | 92% |
The Japanese cards have been out longer and have a deeper sales record. The Japanese gold Mega Rayquaza ex shows 30 recorded ungraded sales and a PSA 10 price of $1,500.00 on its PriceCharting page. PSA 10 is the top grade, Gem Mint, on PSA's 1-to-10 scale. English copies have no graded sales yet. For why the two languages price differently over time, see our guide to Japanese Pokémon card prices.
What are the Delta Reign pull rates?
The Pokémon Company does not publish pull rates, so any Delta Reign odds are estimates. NerdSnack (updated October 29, 2026) projects about 1 Special Illustration Rare per 80 packs and 1 Mega Hyper Rare per 1,081 packs, based on TCGplayer opening more than 4,000 packs of the earlier Pitch Black set. Its own write-up calls the Mega Hyper Rare figure "the least precise."
If those estimates hold, here is what chasing the top two cards from booster boxes would cost at the November 2 PriceCharting box price of $229.19 for 36 packs, or $6.37 per pack:
- Gold Mega Rayquaza ex: 1,081 packs is about 30 boxes, or about $6,880. The single costs $532.75.
- SIR Mega Rayquaza ex: NerdSnack estimates 1 in 480 packs for this card. That is about 13.3 boxes, or about $3,060. The single last sold for $495.00.
Decision rule: if you want one specific chase card, buy the single. Open packs because you enjoy opening them, not to save money on a card you could buy outright.
Which Delta Reign product should you buy?
At MSRP, the Booster Bundle is the cheapest way to buy packs, at $4.49 each. At current resale prices, booster boxes are the cheapest of the products PriceCharting tracks, at $6.37 per pack. MSRPs are from TCGplayer's seller blog and market prices from PriceCharting, November 2, 2026.
| Product | Packs | MSRP (USD) | MSRP per pack | Market price (USD) | Market per pack |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Booster Box | 36 | not listed | not listed | $229.19 | $6.37 |
| Elite Trainer Box | 9 | $49.99 | $5.55 | $113.15 | $12.57 |
| Booster Bundle | 6 | $26.94 | $4.49 | not tracked | not tracked |
| Build & Battle Box | 4 plus a 40-card deck | $21.99 | not comparable | not tracked | not comparable |
The Elite Trainer Box also includes card sleeves, dice and a Zarude promo, per TCGplayer and PokeCottage. Each Build & Battle Box includes one of four foil promos: Masquerain, Magmortar, Enamorus or Kommo-o, per ICv2. At $12.57 per pack, a resale ETB costs roughly double a box's per-pack price, so only pay that if you want the accessories or the promo.
